1. About Our Services

Swastishanti provides Vedic astrology consultations, Kundli (birth chart) analysis, daily Rashifal (horoscope), Nepali Panchanga, astrological remedies, spiritual healing, certified gemstone recommendations, and related content. Our services are intended for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent for paid services
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or booking
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@swastishanti.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Appointments and Consultations

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our platform
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged up to 50% of the service fee
• No-shows are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to astrologer unavailability with advance notice

5. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated; payments made by bank transfer or fonepay may be settled in NPR at the prevailing rate
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, eSewa, Khalti, or other supported gateways
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
• Digital products (Kundli PDFs, reports) are non-refundable once delivered
• Gemstone products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, blog posts, or other content on our platform, you:

• Grant Swastishanti a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform
• Confirm the content is your own original work and does not infringe any third-party rights
• Agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Understand that we may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without written permission
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorisation
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content in reviews or comments

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, astrological charts, software, and design — is the property of Swastishanti or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g. saving your own Kundli PDF) is permitted.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, email providers, and social media APIs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Astrological predictions will be accurate or apply to your specific situation
• Results from using our services will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swastishanti and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal harm resulting from decisions made based on astrological readings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. Users outside Nepal agree that Nepal law governs their use of our services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
