About Swastishanti — Vedic Astrology in Kathmandu, Nepal

How a consultation works

No account is needed to book. You will get a confirmation by e-mail, and you can reach us on WhatsApp at any point before or after.

1. 1. Choose the service

A birth chart reading, Kundali Milan before a marriage, a muhurat for a specific event, or a puja. If you are not sure which applies, message us on WhatsApp and describe the situation — we will tell you which one fits, including when the answer is that you do not need one.

2. 2. Give your birth details

Date, time and place of birth. The time matters more than people expect: the Lagna changes roughly every two hours, and an hour’s error can move it to the next sign and change the reading. If the exact time is unknown, say so rather than guessing — there are ways to work around it, but only if we know.

3. 3. Pick a time

Choose a date and slot that suits you. Consultations are available in Nepali, Hindi and English, in person in Kathmandu or online for families abroad.

4. 4. Confirm and pay

You will see the amount before you confirm, and payment details are sent with the confirmation. If a price is not shown for a service, it is because that work is quoted per case — ask, and you will get a figure before anything is booked.

5. 5. The reading itself

The chart is read and explained — what it shows, which dasha period you are in, and what, if anything, is worth doing about it. Where a remedy is suggested you will be told what it is for and why that one. You are free to ask questions and to disagree.
