No names or numbers, at any price. Nobody's name, phone number, e-mail or address is shown on any membership. You talk in the bureau's own chat.
Anyone can answer a chat. A membership lets you start chats. A free member can still accept, and write back, when a match asks to talk.
Memberships stack. A day of Diamond on top of a month of Silver opens more for that day, then closes again. It never replaces what you already paid for.

What no membership gives you
There is no plan, at any price, that lets you browse the whole bureau. You are shown only the people whose stated requirements you meet and who meet yours, which is a far shorter list than a search box would give you, and a far better one.
No membership shows a name, phone number, e-mail or address, and every photograph shown is recorded against the account that saw it. That is not a sales tactic. It is the reason families give us a real photograph and real details. When two people agree to talk, they do it in the bureau's chat, where those details are not passed on.
Questions families ask
Is registering with the marriage bureau free?+
Yes. Registering your details costs nothing. Once you are approved we tell you how many people match your requirements, and how many of them are strong matches, and we tell you again whenever new people match. Who they are is shown with a membership.
What does each membership show?+
Silver shows each match's age, height, city, community and photograph, and lets you start chats. Gold adds date of birth, nakshatra and rashi, education, occupation, an earnings band, all eight koots of the guna milan and your own filters. Diamond adds family background and the longest match list, and puts your list in front of our staff first.
Can I take a membership for just a short while?+
Each membership is sold for different lengths of time, and the lengths on offer are the tabs on this page, from a short stretch to a year. A short one suits a family who wants to sit down together one evening and look properly; a longer one suits a search that will take a while. The clock starts when we confirm the payment, not when you sent it, and nothing renews on its own.
Can I see names and phone numbers?+
No, on any membership. Names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and home addresses are not shown to anyone, because families give them to a bureau, not to the public. When you and a match both want to talk, you talk in the bureau's own chat.
How does chat work?+
A member with a membership can ask a match to chat. The other person sees only a short card (age, height, city, community) and the line you wrote, and can accept or decline. Once they accept, you both can write to each other. Messages with names, phone numbers, e-mail, links or social handles are not sent, and repeated attempts pause the conversation for our staff to look at. Our staff may read conversations to keep everyone safe. When you both want to meet, tell the office and we will arrange it.
Do I need a membership to answer a chat request?+
No. Anyone can accept a request and write back, free. A membership is for starting chats, and each membership has a daily limit on how many you can start.
How do I pay?+
Through eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, FonePay, ConnectIPS or a direct bank transfer. Choose the one you use, scan the QR code or copy the account number, pay, then enter the transaction reference. We confirm it and open your membership, usually within a few hours.
Will my own details be shown to other people?+
Only to members of the opposite gender whose stated requirements you meet and who meet yours, and never your name, phone number, e-mail or address. How much of the rest they see depends on their membership, and every photograph viewed is recorded against their account. You can hide your profile at any time from My account.
Do membership fees change?+
Fees are reviewed from time to time. A change never affects a membership already bought: whatever you paid for runs for its full term at the terms you bought it under.
